Location and Access
In-person sessions
I offer in-person psychotherapy from my consulting room in London Bridge, a calm and comfortable space to pause and reflect.
The room is approximately seven minutes' walk from London Bridge station, with convenient connections by train, Underground and bus.
Online sessions
I also offer psychotherapy online.
For online therapy, you will need a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and without interruption. As far as possible, I encourage you to use the same private space for each session, helping to create some of the consistency of meeting together in person.
My room is on the ground floor and accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Full address and arrival details will be provided when we arrange your initial consultation.
Accessibility
I want my practice to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.
If you have any accessibility needs that I may be able to accommodate — relating, for example, to disability, neurodivergence or chronic illness — please let me know when you first get in touch. We can think together about what might make the therapeutic setting more accessible and comfortable for you.
